Our overall counselor-to-camper ratio is 1:5. This allows for quality programming and important one-on-one time with campers and staff. Daily activities provide opportunities for campers to participate in individual, small group and all-camp activities. Campers attend daily reflections and have devotions each night which focus on the YMCA character traits of Respect, Responsibility, Caring, Honesty, and I’m Third.
During each day, cabin groups made up of 8 boys or girls and a counselor participate in most activities together, but also have the opportunity to follow their own interest with a specialty track session. Campers choose one or two exciting tracks to participate in during their stay where they develop new skills with the help of a knowledgeable, supportive instructor.
