Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends
Join us for a fun filled weekend with your whole family! Spend the weekend participating in activities for the whole family while we take care of all the cleanup! Everyone - whether veteran families attending camp for years, or a "first-year family" - comes to feel like one big family. This has to be experienced to be believed!
Meals: Most of our meals are served family style to allow for families to relax and have an enjoyable dining experience. A full salad bar is available at both lunch and dinner with dessert served at dinner as well.
Program: From early in the morning to late evening, we provide a full schedule of optional activities to keep you and your family as busy or relaxed as you like. Join other families who share your interest in the outdoors, enjoy the lake, hike the trails, sit in the arts and crafts shed, ride a horse, or lounge by the fire with a book. All this and more are lead by the heart and soul of Camp Wood, our staff. Whatever your age, the staff have an activity for you.
Lodging: Each family chooses the type of housing they would like. Whether your family is up for “ruffing it” in a tent you bring or want a home away from home in our heated and air conditioned Stone cabins, there is a lodging option for you.

Bring the entire family to Camp Wood YMCA for your next family reunion to celebrate milestones, wedding anniversaries, special birthdays, or just to come on vacation
together- spring, summer, winter, or fall. Don’t want to deal with setting up your
reunion? With our beautiful 630 acres of rolling landscape, great facilities, and helpful
staff, we can help with all the planning, provide meals, programs, and accommodations
for any family size.
Meals: Choose from a full service meal plan in our dining hall or do all the cooking
yourself. You can make the choice for your reunion.
Programs: We realize that many families have traditions at their reunions and hope we can accommodate those traditions and build new ones at Camp Wood YMCA. All of our summer programs including swimming, canoeing, archery, Alpine Climbing tower, and horseback riding are all available for family reunions to participate in if they choose.
